BJP's Raghunandan Rao Predicts Jail Time for Members of KCR's Household

In a recent public statement, Raghunandan Rao, the BJP candidate from Medak Lok Sabha, claimed that members of KCR's (K. Chandrashekar Rao) household will be arrested soon. During a special ritual held at the Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Konayipalli, Nangunoor Mandal on Friday, Rao addressed the public as part of his campaign. He criticized the four-decade-long family rule in Siddipet, which began when KCR was first elected as MLA in 1985.

Raghunandan Rao sarcastically commented on KCR's initial promise, contrasting it with the current situation in Nangunoor where even a single pond lacks water. He mocked his own previous electoral loss in Dubbaka and pointed out the recent defeat of KCR in Kamareddy by BJP, emphasizing its authenticity.

He also addressed allegations of liquor trade by women in Telangana, marking it as false. Speculation about Harish Rao, the MLA from Siddipet, either staying with BRS or joining Congress was also mentioned without confirmation.

Rao further highlighted ongoing road construction projects from Siddipet to Elkathurthi, funded with Rs. 1600 crores from the central government, and promised to continue free ration distribution for another five years. He criticized Revanth Reddy for not implementing the Rs. 4000 pension scheme four months after winning the election, questioning whether Reddy had substantial support or was merely presenting empty promises. Finally, he praised Prime Minister Modi for providing subsidized fertilizer bags to farmers, showcasing the BJP's commitment to agriculture.
