Chandrababu Criticizes Jagan’s Governance, Promises Amaravati Development

At a public rally in Tadikonda, Guntur District, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the importance of Amaravati as the capital and shared his vision for its development. He recounted his efforts in transforming Hyderabad into a major city by establishing Cyberabad and an international airport over 5,000 acres, which he claims laid the foundation for Telangana's current top economic performance.

Chandrababu accused the current administration under Jagan Mohan Reddy of mismanagement and corruption, criticizing the destruction of Praja Vedika and promising its reconstruction as his first act if re-elected. He detailed how 29,000 farmers gave 35,000 acres for Amaravati, expecting it to rival Hyderabad and become a leading world capital. He condemned Jagan's approach to handling Amaravati, likening him to a destructive force against the city's sanctity supported by numerous religious sites contributing sacred soil and water.

The rally took place ahead of the upcoming elections on June 4, which Chandrababu labeled a crucial day for defeating Jagan and celebrating Amaravati. He expressed confidence in the continued support from the BJP-led central government, invoking alliances with leaders like Pawan Kalyan and PM Narendra Modi.
