KTR Shares Insights on Andhra Pradesh Elections on TV9's 'Crossfire'"

During an interview on TV9's "Crossfire" program, BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) was asked about the upcoming Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh and who he thinks will win. Responding to this, KTR commented that the competition appears fierce, and he regards everyone there as friends. He expressed his belief that the people of Andhra Pradesh are wise and will make an intelligent decision.

KTR spoke about his personal connections with prominent Andhra politicians, describing Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy as brother-like, Nara Lokesh as a friend, and noting Chandrababu Naidu as a senior figure. He also mentioned Pawan Kalyan in a similar brotherly manner. KTR stressed that irrespective of who wins, he hopes that the outcome benefits the people of Andhra Pradesh. When pressed on whom he wishes to see win, he playfully remarked that he doesn't have a vote in Andhra Pradesh.

He reminisced about the unity displayed during the Telangana movement and highlighted the BRS's success in securing all seats in the Hyderabad area as an example of their strong local support. KTR emphasized the importance of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana prospering post-bifurcation, and expressed his belief that the people of Andhra Pradesh are even more astute than those of Telangana and capable of making the right decision.
