Supreme Court postpones hearing on Kavitha's petition

Hyderabad: The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing of BRS MLC Kavitha's petition to March 13, stating that there was not enough time for the hearing and scheduled it for another date. Kavitha had filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking to cancel the summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi liquor case. She requested the court to order ED not to take any action against her in the petition.

However, as the court's time ran out today, Kavitha's lawyer, Kapil Sibal, specifically mentioned this petition, requesting an expedited hearing from the apex court. Nevertheless, citing a lack of time for the hearing, the court postponed the case to March 13.
