Nara Lokesh to Kickstart 'Shankhaaram' Tour in North Andhra from February 11

Aiming to invigorate public consciousness, Nara Lokesh, the National General Secretary of Telugu Desam Party (TDP), is set to embark on a tour named 'Shankhaaram' from February 11, inspired by the spirit of the youth march that progressed with the goal of awakening the masses. This tour is primarily aimed at making the party cadre proactive in preparation for the upcoming elections.

Starting from Ichchapuram in Srikakulam district, the 'Shankhaaram' tour will traverse through three assembly constituencies each day, covering a total of 31 assembly constituencies over 11 days. Lokesh plans to engage with various communities at different levels, from ward to constituency, assuring them of support and discussing 'Super Six' programs announced by party chief Chandrababu Naidu, among other topics, to energize the populace.

According to the planned route, Lokesh will visit centers in each constituency every morning, afternoon, and evening, meeting with the cadre and discussing issues faced in the constituencies, proposed solutions for when they come into power, and offering assurance to those affected by false cases and harassment.

The initiative follows the 'Yuva Galam' march undertaken by Lokesh, which began at the feet of Lord Varadarajaswami in Kuppam on January 27 last year, covering 3132 kilometers over 226 days. The march concluded ahead of schedule on December 18 at Aganampudi in Visakhapatnam, amidst the anticipation of elections.

Given that the 'Yuva Galam' march could not continue as initially planned in the northern districts of Andhra Pradesh, the 'Shankhaaram' tour has been organized to assure the people and activists in those regions.
