SC Directs CBI to Present Case Diary in YS Vivekananda Reddy Murder Investigation

Today, the Supreme Court heard a petition filed by YS Suneetha requesting the cancellation of bail granted to Avinash Reddy, who is accused in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case.

The bench comprising Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Deepankar Datta stated that they would commence hearing the arguments in the week beginning April 22, indicating that it was not feasible to hear the arguments before April 22. 

The court also ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to place the case diary before them by that time and issued instructions to digitize the entire case diary.
