Lands in Amaravati allotted to Ashwini Dutt, Raghavendra Rao as per their wish: Kodali Nani

Amaravati, September 15: To develop three regions in the state, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy put forth a proposal of decentralisation of administration, said former minister and YSRCP MLA Kodali Nani on Thursday here during a debate on the first day of monsoon session of the Legislative Assembly.

Kodali Nani alleged that former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu snatched assigned lands from Dalits by threatening them. “Lands in Amaravati were allotted to Telugu film producer C. Ashwini Dutt and senior Tollywood director K. Raghavendra Rao as per their wishes,” he revealed.

The MLA slammed the TDP and other Opposition parties for training their guns on CM for pursuing three capitals despite obstacles. Referring to Opposition, he said that they are not concerned over state development.

Nani revealed that majority TDP leaders had purchased lands in Amaravati with an expectation price will skyrocket within a short time. “Chandrababu turned Amaravati into a real estate company,” he criticised. He flayed Congress leader Renuka Chowdhury for speaking in support of Amaravati farmers’ Maha Padayatra.
