Komatireddy Rajgopal sold Munugode votes to Modi for Rs 22,000 crore: Revanth

Nalgonda, September 3: Addressing a meeting in Munugode after releasing chargesheets on failures of the TRS government and BJP leader Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy, TPCC chief Revanth Reddy on Saturday said that the KCR government did not distribute double bedroom houses to eligible beneficiaries in Munugode Assembly constituency with the resignation of Komatireddy Rajgopal to MLA post.
 
Telangana Congress president alleged that Komatireddy Rajgopal sold votes of 97,000 voters in Munugode segment to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Rs 22,000 crore. He made an appeal to people not to cast their votes to Rajgopal, who is contesting on BJP symbol, in by-election.
 
Revanth gave a call to people to chase away those leaders, who quit Congress and joined the BJP along with Rajgopal, if them come to meet and seek their votes. He exhorted cadre that the Congress can win by-election if everyone works unitedly. Local Congress leaders and supporters were present.
