World largest plane Emirates Airbus A380 to land in Bengaluru on Oct 30

Bengaluru: The largest passenger aircraft Emirates Airbus – A380 will provide direct services to Bengaluru. It will come from Dubai on October 30 and land at the Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru.

Serving Mumbai since 2014, 72.75 metres long and 24.45 metres high, this aircraft can carry a maximum of 853 passengers. This plane has the capacity to move 3,000 suitcases at a time. Emirates has announced that there will be a daily flight from Bengaluru to Dubai from October 30. 

Passengers of three classes (Economy, Business, First Class) can travel on this flight. Over 45 per cent more people can fly compared to Boeing-777.Notably, Airbus A380 serves 30 airports around the world.

According to the company, its flagship A380 service will be introduced as a daily service and will allow customers to enjoy better connectivity across the busy route to and from Bengaluru.  “Emirates also becomes the first airline to operate scheduled passenger services utilising the A380, the world’s largest commercial aircraft in service at Kempegowda International Airport,” the press release stated.
