Hyderabad, July 13: As state is experiencing heavy rains, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) postponed EAMCET agriculture exam scheduled on July 14th and 15th.

In a press release, TSCHE chairman Prof. Limbadri said that rescheduled dates will be intimated later. Around 94,000 students were supposed to appear for agriculture exam in 90 centres across the state. Most likely, a new date is expected after one week if rain subsides.

However, the TSCHE clarified that there is no change in dates for engineering exam which is scheduled from July 18th and 20th. 2.66 lakh applications were received for EAMCET exam 2022.

Already, the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Hyderabad (JNTUH) had postponed today’s ECET exam because of torrential rains. Fresh dates for ECET will be declared very soon and candidates asked to check official website for revised dates. The JNTUH has decided to issue fresh admit cards with new dates.
