Show of strength: TRS to hold bike rally in Hyd on July 2 to welcome Sinha

Hyderabad, July 1: The TRS is organising a massive bike rally from Begumpet airport to Jalavihar on Saturday (July 2) to welcome UP presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha.

Speaking to the media, Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Friday said that it was not an attempt to show strength to BJP as Sinha’s visit to Hyderabad for meeting Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was part of his schedule.

Terming the BJP leaders as tourists, Talasani said that they will enjoy watching flyovers, underpass bridges, and parks while heading to the HICC to attend national executive meeting from Shamshabad airport. He flayed Union Minister Kishan Reddy for not visiting Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency represented by him in the last three years.

TRS general secretary Palla Rajeshwar Reddy stated that his party had welcomed the present President Ram Nath Kovid when he was NDA’s presidential candidate by putting up hoardings, organising a rally and felicitating him at Jalavihar. “We are doing the same for Sinha,” he mentioned.
