Jana Sena to launch Jana vani on July 3

Amaravathi, June 29: Jana Sena Party is going to launch a new programme ‘Jana Vani’ (people’s voice) to hear the public issues. Party chief Pawan Kalyan will launch the programme at Makineni Basavapunnaiah auditorium in Vijayawada on July 3.

Pawan will personally received petitions from the public from 10 am to 3 pm and send them to the officials concerned. The party activists will follow-up the petitions sent from their office.

JSP senior leader Nadendla Manohar said that Jana Vani will be conducted on every Sunday and the first two Sundays programme will be held in Vijayawada. Pawan will conduct the first five programmes, with the intention to inform the government about public issues.

Nadendla stated that the earlier governments used to take up programmes to solve public issues. But after YSRCP came into power, people lost the chance to submit petition to the CM. ‘Spandana’ programme being conducted by the Collectors in districts is for namesake only, he alleged.

The JSP leader alleged that the YSRCP leaders are filing false cases on those, who question them during their programme ‘Gadapa Gadapaku’. He said that recently a physically disabled Dalit woman from Prakasam district tried to meet Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to submit a petition seeking justice as YSRCP leaders encroached her land and constructed a building. But the ruling party leaders prevented her from meeting the CM. Pawan was moved after hearing this incident and launched Jana Vani, Manohar explained.
