Revanth to hold deeksha protesting ED’s call to Rahul for questioning on second day

Hyderabad, June 14: TPCC president Revanth Reddy and other senior Telangana Congress leaders will be sitting on a deeksha near the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office here from 10 am onwards on Tuesday, protesting against the ED for calling Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for questioning in National Herald case for the second day.
 
Revanth gave a call to cadre to burn effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in all district and mandal headquarters in the state. On Monday, he said that the BJP attacked on the honour of the country by foisting a false case against Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul.
 
The Telangana Congress president stated that members of Gandhi family have sacrificed their lives for the country. “Crores of Congress leaders and workers are ready to donate hundreds of crores to Sonia and Rahul if they want,” he mentioned and added that the Congress will continue stir till the ED withdraws case against Sonia and Rahul.
