TRS MLC Kavitha poses series of questions to Home Minister Amit Shah

 Hyderabad, May 14: TRS MLC K. Kavitha posed a several questions to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is arriving here to address a public meeting at Tukkuguda on Saturday evening, coinciding with the culmination of Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay’s Praja Sangrama Yatra-2.
 
In series of tweets, the MLC asked Shah to tell the people of Telangana as to why the Modi government did not clear over Rs 3,000 crore pending dues of the Finance Commission. She demanded that the Central Minister should reply why Rs 2,247 GST compensation and Rs 1,350 Backward Region grant was not released to Telangana.
 
What Amit Shah will reply to Telangana people today for failing to sanction a single single IIT, IIM, IISER, IIIT, NID, Medical College or Navodaya Schools in the past 8 years, Kavitha asked?
 
The MLC further asked Shah why the Union Government did ignore NITI Aayog’s recommendation of sanctioning Rs 24,000 crore funds to Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha. She slammed the BJP-led NDA government for according National Project status to Upper Bhadra project in Karnataka and denying the same to Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme and Kaleshwaram Project of Telangana.
