Ukraine approaches International Court of Justice over Russian attacks

Hyderabad: Ukraine, which has been repelling Russian aggression ... on the other hand, is determined to take legal action on the issue. Ukraine has approached the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over the attacks.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accused the Russian government of committing genocide with "grave atrocities" and trying to cover it up in the name of military action.

The ICJ was asked to hold Russia accountable for the atrocities taking place. He appealed to ICJ to direct Russia to immediately suspend military action. Zelenskyy said he hoped their petition would be taken up for hearing next week.
