ED attaches Indu group's properties worth Rs.129 Cr in Jagan case
Hyderabad , March 26, 2015: The Hyderabad wing of Enforcement Directorate has on Thursday attached properties worth Rs. 129 Cr owned by Indu Group of companies chairman Syamprasad Reddy in YSRCP Chief Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy's quid-pro-quo case. 8468 acres land at Gorantla in Anantapuram district, 25 acres in Maharashtra and 2.5 acres at Madapur in Hyderabad are the properties attached by the ED officials in the case. Quid-pro-quo transactions took place in land allotments made to Lepakshi Knowledge Hub and Lepakshi Science and Technology during YSR regime. CBI said in its charge sheet that investments worth Rs. 250 Cr were made by Indu group of companies in Jaganmohan Reddy-owned companies as a quid-pro-quo arrangement in resonse to land allotments.
