Babu has Puriti Maila, can't visit Lord Rama at Ontimitta: Sadhu Parishat

Vizianagaram, March 23, 2015: Uttarandhra Sadhu Parishat President Srinivasananda Saraswati asked Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to keep off Sriramanavami celebrations at Ontimitta on Srirama Navami festival on March 28. "Chandrababu is now undergoing Puriti Maila phase as he was blessed with grandson. He should not carry Pattu Vastraalu to Lord Rama during the Srirama Navami celebrations on March 28 at Ontimitta, " Srinivasananda Saraswati told reporters here on Monday. The Swamiji said that they had demanded the government to conduct official Ramanavami celebrations at Ramatirtham in Vizianagaram district but the government had bluntly refused. This had angered Lord Rama who made Chandrababu Naidu ineligible with Puriti Maila to carry Pattu Vatralu to Ontimitta, he averred and asked the Government to change its decision to conduct official Ramanavami festival at Ontimitta even at this stage and shift the programme to Ramatirtham.
