Sandhya Theater Tragedy: Allu Arjun's Bail Petition Postponed

Actor Allu Arjun's bail petition in a case related to the stampede at Sandhya Theater, which led to the tragic death of Revathi, has been postponed. It is known that Allu Arjun was earlier arrested by the police in connection with this incident. The court granted him interim bail, following which he was released from custody. Subsequently, Allu Arjun applied for regular bail.

In this case, the police have listed Allu Arjun as Accused No. 11 (A11). On Monday, the Nampally Court reviewed the affidavit filed by the police and conducted a hearing on the actor’s bail plea. Lawyers representing Allu Arjun presented their arguments seeking bail, while the prosecution opposed the plea. After hearing both sides, the court announced that the verdict on the bail application would be delivered on January 3.

The court has also instructed the Chikkadpally police to file a counter in response to the bail petition.
