Is Delhi behind Jagan in his offensive against Chandrababu?

Hyderabad, March 5 ,2015: Is YSR Congress Party president Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy getting the support of powers that be in Delhi to launch an all out offensive against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu? During his recent tour of the Capital region villages, Jagan Mohan Reddy warned Naidu against forcible land pooling and promised farmers that he would return their lands after coming to power. He also went to the extent of saying that Chandrababu's government would not last longer beyond two to three years because of his anti-people policies. Jagan Mohan Reddy's offensive was so severe that AP Cabinet discussed his warnings for most of its 8-hour marathon session yesterday. TDP senior leaders believe that some forces in Delhi are behind his threats to dethrone TDP Government. Their reasoning is that Jagan Mohan Reddy chose to attack Chandrababu at a time when the latter began attacking the Centre and BJP Government for giving raw deal to AP in the budget. They point out that Jagan Mohan Reddy never directly criticised the meager budgetary allotments to AP and the Centre's silence on giving special status to the state. Moreover, ED has not acted seriously against the YSRCP Chief so far in his case except for attaching his properties. All these factors lead one to conclude that a strong political force is behind Jagan Mohan Reddy in launching all out offensive against Chandrababu, TDP sources believe. According to reports, some disgruntled TDP elements are also silently backing Jagan Mohan Reddy.
