Ramanaidu cremated with state honours

Hyderabad, Feb 19, 2015: The mortal remains of Movie Moghul D.Ramanaidu, who passed away Wednesday afternoon, was consigned to flames at Ramanaidu Studios here amid the presence of a host of dignitaries. He was cremated with full police honours after the Telangana Government declared state funeral. Police fired three rounds in to the air as a token of respect to the veteran Tollywood producer besides giving a final salute. Earlier, several top film personalities, including those of Bollywood from Mumbai, have visited the Ramanaidu studios and paid wreaths on his body to pay their last respects.
