Dr Rajasekar was treating cancer-stricken Rama Naidu

Hyderabad, Feb 18: For the past couple of months, Telugu actor Rajasekar, who is a doctor by profession, has been treating producer D. Rama Naidu. For the past several months, the filmmaker was suffering from prostate cancer. “He was on constant medical attention for some time now. We tried some alternate therapies on him and initially the result was satisfactory. Although the cancer can’t be killed, efforts were made to make him feel comfortable,” Rajasekar said. In the first week of February, Rajasekar is reported to have said that Rama Naidu’s condition was 'not bad'. “It was not good either. He has reached a point where he has to be medically dependent day in day out,” the actor said. Known as movie mogul, Rama Naidu has produced films in all Indian languages.
