KCR pulls up three ministers for remarks on Govt schemes
Hyderabad, Jan 29, 2015: Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhara Rao has reportedly pulled up three members of his Cabinet including the newly inducted deputy chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari for their comments over welfare schemes. Reports said the three ministers , who were chastised by the Chief Minister, belong to one social group. Soon after his swearing-in as deputy chief minister, Kadiyam Srihari told reporters that the 'Free Education from KG to PG' scheme introduced by the Government was his brain child. After coming to know of this, KCR called up Srihari and made it very clear to him that all programs being implemented by Government are part of the party policy and no individual can claim credit to any scheme, the reports said. KCR has also reportedly given an earful to two other ministers over allegations of corruption in their departments over transfers and awarding of contracts.
