Paris attack: 2 brothers involved, 'located' in north France
Paris, Jan 8: The two armed men believed to have been involved in the gunning down of 12 persons at the French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo in Paris Wednesday are reported to have been 'located' in north France, according to sources. The two suspects, Cherif Kouachi (32) and his brother Said Kouachi (34) were born in Paris. Cherif Kouachi happens to be a known jihadist who was convicted in 2008 for his involvement in a network sending fighters to Iraq. A third suspect identified as Hamyd Mourad (18) is reported to have turned himself in to the police Thursday morning.
