Governor signs CRDA Act

Hyderabad, Dec 30: Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan signed the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Act 2014. Following this the state government has published the CRDA Act in the government gazette. It may be recalled that the AP state legislative assembly enacted the CRDA bill on December 22. Now that the Governor had signed the Act, it will come into effect with effect from tomorrow and the government's land pooling initiative will become official, according to CRDA Commissioner Srikanth here on Tuesday.
