Three electrocuted while installing loudspeaker at a temple

Mahabubabad, June 22: Three persons on Tuesday died due to electric shock in Dornakal mandal of Mahabubabad district. The deceased were identified as D Subba Rao, M Mastan Rao and G Venkaiah. 
 
According to locals, the loudspeaker of Anjaneya Swamy temple in Andanalapadu village was not working and the trio was adjusting it that was fixed on a iron pole. While working on the pole, they accidentally came into touch with 6.3 KV electric lines and were electrocuted. All the three died on the spot. 
 
Dornakal CI Srinivas, Tahsildar Vivek and other officials visited the spot and enquired the reasons for the mishap. 
 
A case was registered at Dornakal police station and police took up investigation.
 
Ministers Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Satyavati Rathod expressed shock over the tragic incident and extended all possible help from the government.
