Pakistan militant leader sent to judicial custody

Islamabad, Dec 25: A special court Wednesday remanded leader of banned outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Malik Ishaq in judicial custody for two weeks in a murder case. Ishaq was presented before Special Magistrate Ghulam Mujtaba Baloch in a murder and terrorism case lodged with police in Rahim Yar Khan city of Punjab province, Dawn online reported. The FIR No.245/14 was lodged Oct 14, 2014, on the complaint of Husain Abbas, son of Allah Ditta, who was killed in a sectarian attack. The case was lodged under Pakistan Protection Act, 2014.
