Gadapa Gadapaku: Roja laughs as elderly man asks her to arrange bride for him

Nagari, May 16: Tourism Minister R.K. Roja participated in Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam, a mass contact programme, in her assembly constituency. She interacted with people and asked them as to whether they are receiving the benefits of social welfare schemes or not. In some localities, women felicitated her as Roja visiting for the first time after she became minister.
 
However, she has a unique experience while talking to an elderly man. To a question, he said that he is getting monthly pension. But he asked Roja to arrange a bride for him as he is alone. On hearing his request, the minister laughed and said that she can provide a pension but not a bride. 
 
On Monday, Roja inaugurated the newly built secretariat at Gopalakrishnapuram in Puttur rural mandal and took part in YSR Rythu Bharosa programme. Government Whip and TUDA Chairman Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, Tirupati District Collector Venkataramana Reddy and other officials were present.
