Jagan objects to Chandrababu's absence during discussion on Hudhud

Hyderabad, Dec, 19, 2014 : AP assembly was rocked with noisy scenes today during a discussion on Hudhud cyclone that caused havoc in Visakha and its surrounding areas. As the discussion began, leader of the opposition Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy took objection to the absence of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in the House and termed it an insult to the Hudhud victims. " Chandrababu should be present in the house as we are discussing an important issue. How can he be absent during discussion on a topic as serious and important as Hudhud cyclone? " Jagan remarked in an angry mood. TDP members including Kuna Ravi Kumar and minister Achan Naidu countered him saying YSRCP was not interested in discussing the issue. Because of the pandemonium, the House was adjourned for 10 minutes. "I feel ashamed to be present in the House because of you ," Achan Naidu told Jagan Mohan Reddy.
