Singapore delegates finally conduct aerial surveys near Thullur, Krishna river

Hyderabad, Dec 10: After a delay due to some technical reasons, the Singapore delegates were taken on an aerial survey of the capital region in Andhra Pradesh. According to earlier reports, the AP government had put off the proposed Wednesday's aerial survey of the the capital region around Thullur due to technical reasons, according to sources here. The state government has been mulling strategies and exploring all possible ways for the establishment of the new capital in the state. For that purpose, the government has already initiated works and is busy preparing a master plan for the capital, sources said. In the first phase, the delegates surveyed villages like Thullur, Rayapudi, Nelapadu, Shakhapuru, Aynavolu, Mandadam, Venkatapalem and Harichandrapuram. In the second phase, the delegates surveyed lands abutting Krishna river. This begins the process of the construction of the new capital city of Andhra Pradesh state.
