APTET from May 9 to 11

Hyderabad, Dec 1: Andhra Pradesh Government is scheduled to conduct Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility cum Teacher Recruitment Test (APTET) 2014-2015 in May 2015 for filling up 9,061 posts of teachers, according to a government release. The exam is scheduled to be conducted from May 9 to May 11. The release said eligible candidates can apply on or before January 14, 2015. It also said candidates to be eligible to appear for the test must have an Intermediate certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other equivalent certificates recognised by BoIE, Andhra Pradesh or must have an academic degree of a university recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC). The age of the eligible candidates must be between 18-40 years. The candidates are advised to apply by visiting the official APTET website. Registrations for the test will begin from December 3 and will close on January 14.
