With players mourning, 1st India-Australia Test in doubt

Sydney, Nov 28: With cricket players mourning the death of Phillip Hughes, it is uncertain whether the first Test between Australia and India will be held next week as per schedule. The Test is scheduled to commence at Brisbane on December 4. However, Cricket Australia's chief executive officer James Sutherland said the players are grieving and it was important to give them enough time to cope with the huge loss. Indian team’s tour game against Cricket Australia XI, which was to start at Adelaide on Friday, has been cancelled.
