Hyd likely to get 2 new rail passenger terminals

Hyderabad, Nov 20: With a view to provide better facilities, the South Central Railway has taken up a feasibility study of establishing two new train passenger terminals in Hyderabad, announced SCR General manager Srivastava here on Thursday. He further announced that the SCR is planning to provide CCTVs for improved surveillance at all MMTS stations in the city with a view to provide passenger safety and security. He also said that SCR is taking measures to improve facilities at unmanned level crossings under its jurisdiction. During this fiscal, the SCR has taken up 637 development works at a cost of Rs 5490 crores under its jurisdiction, the general manager said.
