Sharmila to start 'Paramarsa yetra' in TS soon

Hyderabad, Nov 17: YSR Congress Party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy's sister YS Sharmila will soon begin 'Paramarsa Yatra' in Telangana. Speaking after the YSRCP's extended party meeting in Mahbubnagar, Telangana YSRCP working president Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said that Sharmila will soon begin the yatra and interact with the people. Ponguleti said that YSRCP will be with the people of Telangana. He then said that Khammam district has developed rapidly under late YS Rajasekhara Reddy, when he was the chief minister. YSR had inaugurated four lift irrigation projects. However, after his demise, no other politician has thought of completing the projects, said Ponguleti said. He criticized the TRS government and said that due to the insufficient power supply, many farmers have committed suicide. He demanded that the Government announce Rs 25,000 per acre towards compensation.
