First phase of farm loan waiver payments in 4 days: AP Minister
Hyderabad, Nov 17: Andhra Pradesh Agriculture Minister Pratipati Pulla Rao on Monday announced that the first phase of payments under the farm loan waiver scheme will be released in four days from now. Speaking to media persons, the minister said as announced earlier loans will be waived in one lot for those farmers who have farm loans of less than Rs 50,000. Stating that funds will be deposited into the bank accounts of the eligible farmers, the minister said from the next time on more precautions will be taken while assessing and releasing the funds under the scheme.
