TS appeals against Krishna Board award, SC posts hearing on Dec 1
New Delhi, Nov 17: The Supreme Court of India on Monday posted the next hearing on December 1 after Telangana government appealed for a review of the Krishna Tribunal judgement on river water sharing. Objecting to Telangana government's appeal for a review of the Krishna Tribunal's award, Maharashtra government said the tribunal had passed its award after hearing for 10 years all the arguments put forward by various state governments. An advocate representing Maharashtra government questioned the need for re-examining the award at this stage.
