Mahesh increases his fan-base to other languages
The first look of Maheshbabu-Murugadoss combo ‘Spyder’ was released the other day and the response is good from all quarters. On the other hand, there were reports that popular channel Zee TV bagged the satellite rights of the movie for a fancy price of Rs 26 crore. However, the satellite rights include all the languages – Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam. Meanwhile, the shooting of the film is almost complete but for the climax and canning of two songs.
It may be worth mentioning here that Maheshbabu had increased his fan-base from both the Telugu-speaking states to Tamil, and Hindi languages, besides Malayalam. Surprisingly, the movie had done very good business in both the languages, despite his previous movie ‘Brahmotsavam’ was a disaster and proved a dud at Box Office. Rakul Preet Singh is pairing up for the first time with Maheshbabu in this movie.
The director of the movie Murugadoss revealed that the film would be simultaneously released in Telugu and Tamil. After that there are chances for dubbing of the movie in other languages such as Hindi and Malayalam. It is worth mentioning here that almost all the heroes are making efforts to improve their individual market potential and dub their films in all the other regional languages and reach out for a wide range of audiences.
