HC notice to Balayya & “Gouthamiputra….” producers on ET exemption
Hyderabad, March.28 : The Hyderabad High Court has served notices on cine hero Nandamuri Balakrishna and producers of “Gouthamiputra Shathakarni” and Rudramadevi films.
The High Court directed them to file counter affidavit within two weeks. Admitting a PIL filed against Entertainment Tax exemption by the State government to “Gouthamiputra Shathakarni” and Rudramadevi films, the Court heard the case on Tuesday. The petitioner cited Tamil Nadu High Court’s verdict during the hearing.
