Sandeep Jajodia is new Assocham President
New Delhi, Feb 13 : Sandeep Jajodia has been elected President of the industry body Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham), it was announced on Monday.
The industry body, in a statement, said Balkrishan Goenka, Chairman of Welspun Group, and Kiran Kumar Grandhi, Vice-Chairman of GMR Infrastructure, have taken over as senior vice-president and vice-president, respectively.
Jajodia is the chairman and managing director of Monnet Ispat and Energy, the statement added.
