Harish Rao says he is ready to answer Oppn. queries on farmer suicides

Hyderabad, Nov 7: Telangana Minister for Irrigation, Marketing & Legislative Affairs Thaneeru Harish Rao, speaking during the Question Hour on the second day of the Telangana assembly budget session on Friday, said his government was ready to reply to any issue raised by the opposition party members. Directly addressing senior Congress leader Jana Reddy, Harish Rao said he was ready to answer queries on any issue including farmers' suicides and power crisis in the state. He then requested the members of the legislative assembly not to interrupt the proceedings of the House and waste valuable time and public money. He said people of Telangana are watching the proceedings of the assembly carefully and looking forward for the legislators to discuss issues of importance. However, the opposition leaders are only keen on interrupting the proceedings, he charged.
