Fungus Found In Saline Bottles At Gandhi Hospital

Hyderabad : IV(Intravenous) saline bottle at the Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad has been found with fungal infection.

But without noticing the infection, saline was administered to a child named Pravallika. Which resulted into a serious health problem.

Now, Pravallika's condition is critical. Parents alleging that extreme carelessness of hospital staff is the sole reason for this situation.

Usually hospital staff should check all the bottles before using them. But the present incident has exposed the negligent attitude of Gandhi Hospital staff posing a threat to the lives of innocent patients.
