Hyderabad women missing in Saudi

Hyderabad: 21 women from Old City area who went to Saudi Arabia on visas for domestic servants lost their contact with their families at home. It is heard that due to alleged torture two maids have died in the last two years. All the 21 women are from Falaknuma, Chaderghat, Bahadurpura,Charminar, Malakpet, Rein Bazar and Vattepally. Amjed Ullah Khan from M.B.T said “Families of 21 missing women had come to us seeking support to bring back them safely. Most of the families have also approached the police. All families have had no communication with the women soon after they left for Saudi” Women agents who involve in such rackets used to visit the low income group families and lure them with good pay and comfortable job conditions. Only after the Saudi victims would realise they have been cheated.
