It minted Nizam - 43 lakhs, Ceeded - 17 lakhs, Guntur - 10 lakhs, Vizag - 16 lakhs, Krishna - 10 lakhs, Nellore - 4 lakhs, East Godavari - 9 lakhs, West Godavari- 9 lakhs which makes it to collect 1.18 crores total AP/TS box office on the first day of its release. The film has a Good start at the overseas box office as well where it minted $125k and in Karnataka, it collected 10 lakhs. Overall, the first day worldwide collections of Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada are 1.82 crores. This is really a superb start for the movie at the box office despite Demonetisation.
