Kodandaram wants T Govt to adopt alternative economic policies

Hyderabad, Nov.16: Telangana Political JAC chairman Prof. M Kodandaram has suggested to the Telangana state government to adopt alternative economic policies and made it clear that it was not correct on the part of the state government to continue the economic policies adopted by the earlier united Andhra Pradesh government. Speaking to the media at Somajiguda Press Club here on Wednesday, Kodandaram advised the TRS government not to depend on the revenue coming from real estate and excise department. It is good for the state government to prepare special economic growth model, he suggested. Black money increased in the nation with the policies of the rulers, he alleged and demanded the governments to initiate action against the leaders like Gali Janardhan Reddy, who was spending Rs.500 crore on his daughter’s marriage. Abolishing the arrears of big sharks was unjustified; he lamented and said that the common people are facing severe problems at banks by standing in long queues.
