Telangana approved 2,091 revenue jobs for new districts

The unemployed youth of Telangana has a reason to cherish. After the increase of number of districts from 10 to 31, there are about 2,019 revenue jobs approved for filling vacancies in the newly formed districts. In this regard, the state finance department has issued orders. Out of 2,091 jobs, 693 posts have been created in district collectorates, 188 new posts in revenue divisions and 1,228 in revenue mandals. Apart from 2,019 jobs, there are another 85 new jobs created in the school education and 12 jobs in the R&B department. The 693 district collectorate jobs include 98 tahsildars, 180 senior assistants and 139 office subordinates. In the revenue division the requirement comprises 24 deputy collectors (RDOs), 24 divisional administrative officers (tahsildar cadre), six deputy tahsildars, 24 each of record assistants, deputy inspectors of survey and deputy statistical officers. In revenue mandalas, the vacancies include In revenue mandals, 104 each of tahsildars and deputy tahsildars posts, 232 mandal revenue inspectors or senior assistant posts, 308 office subordinate posts, etc are created.
