Pop Singer Smita Runs For A Noble Cause
Pop Singer Smita started running on Vijayadasami for a noble cause. She has been part of the mission Run for Rural Education (RRE) which aims at bringing standard education to the rural children. Run for Rural Education (RRE) is being organised by Aspire Learn Achieve Inspire (ALAI), in collaboration with IshaVidya, the educational initiative of Isha Foundation. Kiran, a member of ALAI and is working with Phillips Lightening, is very ambitious on the project and requested the singer to come on board for his noble cause. He will complete the running covering the distance from Vijayawada to Vishakaptnam through Rajahmundry, Yalamanchili, Tuni, and Anakapalle. Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani flagged off the run from The Food Lounge (TFL) at Mogulrajpuram. Smita joined Kiran on the first day of run and she will join him on the last day at Vishakapatnam. Through this run he wants to create awareness and wanted to bring like minded people on the common platform. Apart from Smita, few other people also started the run in parallel to Kiran among them Nikhil, Sarvanand from Tollywood is one guy.
