HC adjourns TS revision plea to Monday

The Hyderabad High Court adjourned the Telangana government's revision plea for GO 123 for taking over lands from farmers and others for the Mallannasagar project, which was quashed by the court, to Monday. The court filed the case against the judgement by the government for Monday. The government had approached a division bench seeking to review the court judgement which quashed the GO 123. After hearing the arguments of the government pleader, the High Court adjourned the case to Monday. The court ruled that the GO 123 was anti-farmer and anti-people insofar as people without lands are concerned.
