Jyesthabishekam for Malayapaswami performed
Annual Jyesthabhishekam in Sri Vari Temple, Tirumala, was performed on the second day on Saturday. The temple priest performed Snapana Tirumanjanam (celestial bath) to the processional dieties of Lord Malayapaswamy and His consorts admist vedic hymns at Sampangi Prakaram inside Srivari Temple. The Jyestabhishekam is a three-day ritual at the temple. Deputy Temple EO Rama Rao, Peishkar Selvam, Parupattedar Ramachandra and other officers took part in the festival.
