Kid teaches Minister correct spelling

Taking class by politicians is common. This is becasue blaming someone or something is ingrained in politics. But when politicians begin taking class of children, they are lost in the medium. Transport Minister Shankar Chowdary in the Anandiben government in Gujarat went to a school to take a class of children with TV crew in tow. To engage the children he asked a question, what is `hathi' called in English? To help them, he wrote the spelling e l e p h e n t. A smart kid stood up and said the spelling was wrong. The minister was stunned. He had the reason to be for he did MBA and a post-graduate. Shankar Chowdary apparently learnt a lesson that one should not jump the medium. As the media were in tow, they got good bytes for covering the Minister's visit to the school.
