Five shows in Telangana theatres likely?

The news reports suggest that the Telangana government is considering the idea of running five shows in Telangana theatres. Now, there are only four shows in the state. If the idea became a reality, theatres in the state start their first show at 10 am and other shows at 1 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm and the last show will start 10 pm. All the theatres have to be closed by 12.30 am. The recommendation was made by a cabinet sub committe which was appointed to develop Telugu film industry in the state. The cabinet sub committee was headed by Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. Initially, the demand reportedly came from the theatre managements in the state to recover themselves from losses in some way.
