Sangeeta Bijlani's SOS to hubby Azharuddin
Former Bollywood actress and wife of Team India former Captain Mohammed Azharuddin had rung up her husband after 5 years, frantically wanting to know about how her character was picturised in the film `Azhar'. Sources confirm that her call followed concerns about Sangeeta's character in the biographical film. There have been reports that Sangeeta was sought to be portrayed as the woman who broke up a marriage, while restricting her role in the film. While `Azhar' is set for release on May 13, Sangeeta is believed to have demanded that she be shown a preview of the film. The Bollywood film has Imran Hashmi, Nargis Fakri and Prachi Desai in lead roles. Being Bollywood, one can expect much masala in the film.
